Avatars after the 1st september move

I guess the 31st august/1st september move has broken all of the uploaded avatars, i've made it so that avatars get encrypted when they are uploaded to UT and when i restored the database after the server move they never appeared again.

I'm still working on resolving this issue, but i might have to let you guys reupload you avatar, i might not be able to fix.

well it seems, suddenly the avatar system doesn't know how to handle the url-rewrting we use here at UT...

For the time being i've disabled the url-rewriting, and i'll discuss leaving it that way with my fellow staff-members.
