And another step towards...

Finally added the most recent version of the rowboat model from Spearhead, conversion so very kindly by Bobson, TMT member...

Still not sure about the boattextures, eventhough I arranged for them.

Yep... finally hehe

Btw. I thought rotating this second version of the boatmodel did work, however I noticed the model had shifted it's position somewhat... so I'm hoping this won't be an uncertain factor in a final release.

Btw. I think I might have just solved the problem of the church road... but I can't tell you about it... atleast... not yet. All I can say is: I really hate the way the sewer tunnel looks ;)

If it all works out, like I imagined it... you'll be surprised

:)

Well... I'm still struggling with the patch meshes around the church road, and to keep the momentum going I've started work on the last 'harbor' building...

Away with the hideous stone extension... on with the much lighter looking wooden construction *still have to look into custom textures for metal grating(?)*

You're still doing fine... when it's finished it's gonna be a great and playable map. Look out  EA here comes kalti... hahaha...

Still sick though... but I'm feeling a bit better now...   Lost my taste in the last couple of days so I'm hoping to lose a little weight... ;-)

Looking great, Kalti!

I've got a quick tip for you on your patch meshes.....

When aligning 2 meshes of similar size, be sure they are the same density. That is, if one is 5x5 (vertices) then make the other 5x as well.
Then, to have a perfectly aligned seam (even after manipulation), select both meshes, hit V, select the vertex on one mesh, and the vertex on the other that you need to line up, and then ctrl + K..........Voila! They both now occupy the exact same grid point.......seamless....... :P
Oh...one more thing...the vertex selected SECOND is the one that will move to the first's position.

Good luck!
