*phew* didn't want to create it with just a single (and large) arch.

I still don't see the math behind this construction though :P

Arches are the second strongest structures in existance; second only to triangles.

EDIT: If you're still unsure, you can add columns under the arches, or you can give them a sort of substructure that secures the ends of the arches to one row of columns and four beams reaching back towards the bigger walls.  But maybe the second one would look too modern.

I know how it can be done but that would mean the arch shapes where merely there for the estetics... so I've settled with two supports.

Just doing some basic outlines for now, seeing if it all fits together ;)

Some more work done on the last picture from the previous post ;)

Major decision today, was to move the townsquare. Originally planned to lay behind to stone stairs in the middle of the first screenshot:

Looking very good, save for those coffin-looking boats ;)

lol... they're ment to be replaced by (atleast) the Spearhead model of the rowboat, best would be to get in some sail boats instead... *L?CC ? you there ?*

Besides, all is still sketchy at best... for example the building on the left has temp. elements wich resemble the window placement.

For now it's all just basic outlines... I want to do some varied texturing of the buildings and such but number one should still be unity based (for now) on the natural stone texture i used in the building with arches from the first picture.

No luck with a goodlooking bridge as of yet :(
